Coming in a future release
This page previews a feature we are building. It is not part of the current version and is not available to use or purchase yet. The design and timing may change as development continues.
A conversational AI assistant that walks small business owners through Steps 1โ4 of the financial model, applying CPA-level judgment so every input is accurate and defensible โ not just filled in.
Steps 1 through 4 currently require the owner to fill in structured forms on their own. Most small business owners aren't trained to distinguish a capitalized asset from an expense, don't know what a fair market salary allocation looks like, or default to overly optimistic sales volume. The AI Data Entry Helper turns each step into a guided conversation โ asking the right questions in the right order, catching mistakes before they cascade downstream, and explaining the "why" behind every entry.
Startup Assets Assistant
Guides disciplined data capture for every asset the business will buy or contribute at launch. Its value is preventing categorization errors โ the difference between an expense and a capitalized asset โ and catching the things that get forgotten.
Funding Plan Assistant
Opens by showing the user what's already known from Step 1, rather than asking open-ended questions. Helps map funding sources to uses until Total Sources of Funds equals Total Uses of Funds.
Revenue Forecast Assistant
The step where the AI earns its keep most. Forces the owner to build a bottom-up forecast โ volume ร price, by product โ rather than wishing a top-line number into existence, and pressure-tests optimistic assumptions.
Operating Expenses Assistant
The longest and most cascade-heavy step. Depreciation, interest, and variable cost drivers are already flowing in from Steps 1โ3. The assistant's job is thoroughness โ making sure personnel, occupancy, marketing, and G&A are all fully captured.
Conversational, Not a Form
Each step's assistant is powered by a tailored LLM prompt built directly from that step's decision-logic document โ the same rules a CPA would apply.
Context-Aware
Later steps open by summarizing what earlier steps already established, instead of re-asking questions the user already answered.
Built-In Sanity Checks
The assistant flags common pitfalls in real time โ underestimating labor, ignoring owner's salary, overly optimistic volume assumptions โ before they distort the model.
Heuristics Library
Defaults and rules of thumb (escalation rates, burden multipliers, typical margins) are baked into the assistant so users without financial backgrounds still get sound answers.
